Digital products and delivery

Brown Bottle Bureau products are digital resources. No physical goods are shipped. The delivery method and included files will be identified at checkout or in the product description.

License and permitted use

A purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive license for personal professional use or use within one restaurant location. Materials may be shared internally with staff at that location for training and implementation. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, copied for another business, or presented as the buyer’s own published product.

Refunds and file support

Because digital products cannot be returned after access or download, completed purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a file is missing, damaged or inaccessible, contact us promptly so we can correct the delivery issue.

Professional judgment

Recipes, techniques, botanical information and operational guidance are educational resources. Buyers remain responsible for ingredient safety, allergies, local regulations, responsible alcohol service and testing procedures in their own operation.

Privacy

This website does not intentionally collect personal information through an on-site account system. When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. When payment processing is connected, the payment provider’s privacy and security terms will govern the information submitted through its checkout.
